A thoughtfully planned photo day

Clear from the first conversation.

How it works
01

Shape the brief

Start with headcount, office locations, image uses and dates. Henry helps define the look, schedule and deliverables before the project is booked.

02

Make room for good portraits

A planned setup, clear direction and time with each person help the session feel approachable. The schedule is agreed around your team’s needs.

03

Put the images to work

Select and finish the portraits for your website, profiles and communications. File requirements, retouching and delivery timing are agreed in the proposal.

Before photo day

A few useful answers.

Talk through your project
Can you photograph at our office?

Yes. The brief can include an on-site portrait setup in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Share the available room and any building requirements so Henry can confirm a workable plan.

Can we match our existing headshots?

Send examples of the existing portraits and any brand guidelines. Henry will review the lighting, background, framing and retouching with you before recommending an approach.

How long does a session take, and when do we get the images?

The schedule depends on headcount, the range of portraits and the final image requirements. Session time and delivery dates are agreed in the proposal, including any fixed deadline you share.

Can we include leadership or team photographs?

Yes. Headshots, environmental portraits, group photographs and composites can be scoped together. Include what you need in the inquiry so time and image uses can be planned.

What about new hires or future updates?

A documented visual approach can guide future portraits and composite updates. Tell Henry about your expected needs; dates, locations and the arrangements for each follow-up session are agreed separately.
